Salon Policy

Should a cancellation or reschedule of appointment be necessary, Please call our salon a minimum of 24 hours in advance. A cancellation with less notice may result in a charge for all services missed. Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure a full service, as we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Please recognize a "No Show" appointment will result in a charge

Please inform us of any special needs, allergies or sensitivities you may have so that we may better accommodate you.

All color and texture services are guaranteed with use of professional product as a home regiment

For the comfort and relaxation for yourself and others, please refrain from bringing young children to the salon unless they also have a scheduled appointment .
