We encourage our guests to move about the salon, experience a new artist each time, or mix and match services: one artist for cut, another for color. We accommodate the guests’ schedule, for the ultimate in customer service. To ensure consistency in services, we as a team have taken safeguards, like recording all service data, including hair color formulas and techniques. This is the new standard; it’s what brings clients back to The Leading Edge again and again.

Cancellation, Gift Card*, and Privacy Policies
We reserve your appointments especially for you! Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Less than 24 hour notice or a “no show” may require a credit card to pre-book your next appointment. If for any reason you do not show or cancel within the day of your appointment, we reserve the right to charge payment in full for the cost of future service appointments.
* Gift Cards are not transferable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Service prices are subject to change. Leading Edge Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Gift cards are valid from 12 months issue date.
